Yes it is a hoax. I have received it many times over the years.
I,ve had 2 emails like that last week someone saying they,ve got millions %26 they want to give u some.Reported it as spam.If i don,t know you I regard it as spam anyway, so even if what ur saying is true it,s a stupid way to do it.So the stupid people get the money from opening email,s from people that they don,t know.I don,t think so...
