Microsoft Publisher 1999 Hyperlinks ???

Can anyone point me in the right direction as how exactly do I create hyperlinks in Microsoft Publisher 1999.

I wish to create a link to an ''e-mail'' address i.e. clicking on it should open the e-mail program %26 another text whereby the link would be the actual file itself i.e. a text ''File'' should have a link that opens ''File.doc'', etc.

WHile I;m not positive......''hyperlink'' options should appear under the tools or the insert menu.

Try right clicking as see if a hyperlink option appears. If not, type ''hyperlink'' into the help bar, click enter and see what it says.
