How can I re-register microsoft office in my name?

I bought a used computer with all the software already installed. I want to have Office licensed to me, not to the old owner. Anyone know how to do that withought reinstalling the software?

But I think you can't without buying your own. I don't see any big problem in keeping it just as it is.
