Can Microsoft Office 2007 install over top of Microsoft Office 2003?

Should I uninstall MS Office 2003 before installing MS Office 2007 Enterprise Edition? Any potential problems if I don't uninstall MS Office 2003 first?

You can select Upgrade, rather than install. Install won't exist if 2003 is installed, only the upgrade feature will be available.

I put it over the top of my 2000 and everything works fine. I would bet you will be okay to go over the top of it.
