Search it in Google If your in America you can a web site that teach it free with computer on line or with 2CD .Find it and get its lessons .

Microsoft is usually my first stop. The only drawback to using their site is many of the lessons have visual examples, as well as sound, which could be a big deterrent for the dial-up user.
There will be a list of links with different ''how-to'' information. You can type in a keyword to find what you want specifically, or read through the list to find something.
Don't stress! Everything new takes a bit of time and practice!
