Microsoft Outlook error?

"A program still has file attachment open. Changes to the document will be lost unless you save your changes to another file using the file save as command on the file menu in the other program. "some times this comes in the Microsoft Outlook.pls tell me what to do???

This happens when you open an Email which has an attachemnt.

When you open an attachment opened to an Email and make some changes and save it. Then the Email would have the latest version of the Document. (Your last editied and saved copy).

Now when you open the attachment and close the Email. Now if you make any changes to the document ans save it it wont be saved to the Attachment in the Email since the Email is closed.

So when ever you are closing an Email whose attachment document is open you would get such Warning Message.
