Microsoft vista.?

If by any chance you had a pirate copy of XP could you upgrade it to vista using the upgrade or would microsoft not allow that.

Microsoft vista.?virus protection software

Upgrading Vista from XP isn't recommended and yes you need a valid license for XP to upgrade to Vista. The safest way is to do a clean install of Vista, if you really want it that is.

Microsoft vista.?adware

I can't see any reason at this point to upgrade to Vista actually. I've read loads and loads of reviews and every single one says it's more trouble than it's worth. I like XP and will not change willingly.
No, you can't and also, your pirated copy is putting your computer at risk!! MS can now detect pirated copies and will eventually warn you that it is, and then shut your OS down. You also cannot get important Security Updates.
Its not worth it man, XP is 1000 times better... believe me, I used vista and now i'm back to xp
No need to use illegal software.

Get UBUNTU (or XUBUNTU if your computer has less than 256MB of RAM).

It's a free, reliable and up to date operating system.

You can explore it from the "LIVE CD".

It's easy to install and use. You can dual boot it with other operating systems.
